Service Description
Are you ready to stop dreaming about your best life possible and start creating? Booking with me, we'll work together to get you started on that journey through mentality, nutrition, and exercise guidance! This is a 30 minute session, built on prioritizing your goals and needs, meaning each sessions focus may vary based on what you feel needs the most assistance at that moment. We'll get into what has kept you separated from the life you want, and what changes need to be made in order to start closing that gap. If you're ready to stop dreaming and start living than book with me and let's work together to get those goals moving!
Cancellation Policy
You must contact me within 24 hours after the assessment phone call, in order to get a refund for the session, if you cancel after this timeline you will not be refunded. If I, for whatever reason, am unable to make it to a scheduled session, you are able to reschedule free of charge And money for initial unattended service will be refunded. In the event you do not receive the services you have scheduled, you will be given a full refund even after the 24 hour period of assessment. This does not apply if you do not show up or participate in the services offered. If you choose to not show up, or cancel after the 24 hour period you will still be charged in full.
