Refund Policy

General Rule

Soul's Chi-yu does not provide refunds for any products or services as listed currently. Though there are some exceptions. If you cancel an appointment, before 24 hours of a scheduled service you are eligible for a refund. If you need to reschedule an appointment, you must give me at max an hours notice, failure to do this will result in you not receiving a refund and you will need to pay for your service as if booking anew. Soul's Chi-yu does not accept any returns nor give any refunds for products sold as it is listed currently. In the event, you are unsatisfied with a service or product, please contact me at soulschiyu@soulchiyu.com and let me know what I could do better to make this a more enjoyable experience, while you are on your journey.
