This is an 1 hour, online class, offered to educate women on how tuning into your femininity can help you heal from sexual trauma. Women, from a young age are not taught what it means to be a women, but what it means to be a wife. We are hypnotized from a childhood that our worth is dependent on what we can offer a man, and our first introduction to the world of "romance" with men, begins from a point of violence and manipulation. Our bodies were used against us, repeatedly, with people constantly asking how we provoked it. It is time to learn what it means to be a Woman, independent from any man or role, the value of your soul, and what femininity truly is. You are NOT dirty just for being a woman, you were made in the same divine light as a man, it is time to remember what that feels like. This knowledge was what transformed my confidence, and my healing from sexual trauma. Itinerary: - 5 min. Guided meditation to destress our brain, and get into a calm state for the topics we will discuss. - Go over what sexual trauma is and how it impacts our behaviors (calling it out removes it's power.) - Discover the mindsets created from these experiences. - After our education on the trauma, then were going to dive into the divine world of femininity. What it means to be a women, what is femininity and how can I use it to empower me? Becoming comfortable with your body, embracing your energy, and discovering your value as a soul, absent of any specific title or role. - We will end the class with a 5 min dance session; Follow along with me and learn how to move your body as a divinely, feminine woman. (This session is through zoom and does not require cameras or real names to be displayed to promote your privacy.)
